Bradley’s home is very comfortable and extremely clean. We needed a place for four adults to stay while attending the Java House Grand Prix of Arlington and it worked out perfectly. It’s actually closer than some of the parking lots. The house is exactly as described. Two bedroom, two baths, a full kitchen with everything you need, a comfortable place to sit and relax, and a large dining table. We didn’t use the “Man Cave” converted garage but it looked fun. Just beware that this is a townhouse and there are a lot of step to the main level and more to the bedrooms. Older folks or those with mobility issues may find it difficult.

The most responsive and helpful host I’ve ever encountered with AirBnb. I felt like I had a personal concierge with Bradley. We asked where the laundry detergent was because we didn’t see any near the washing machine, and by the time I came back to check his response he had ordered some from Walmart and had it delivered to the front door. No back and forth trying to figure it out, no discussion, simply took action to make it easy on us. The place was perfect for my wife and I, and our only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the awesome game room. If you are going to Arlington, this place is worth it.

We enjoyed our stay here. Wish we would’ve stayed longer. CLEAN place with super comfortable beds with fun amenities. Woke up to a great coffee bar setup as well. 10/10 would stay again.

Victory Villa was immaculate, location is perfect for visiting Six flags, At&t stadium and the Rangers. We enjoyed our stay and when the visiting Arlington, this will be our home. Victory Villa is in a safe gated area.

I stayed here for a month for a clinical rotation and felt right at home! The studio itself is very cozy and private and has everything you need, whether it is just a one night stay or a long term stay. It is right off of the central business district and food/groceries are very convenient. Brad and Raceli are very friendly, helpful, and hospitable. If there are any needs or problems at the property, they are easy to reach and responsive and do their best to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. I am recommending this place for future clinical students at my program!
