This is a cute, cozy, comfortable, & safe studio home behind the main house up front. It offers its own fenced and separate space from the larger house up front. Access to this bungalow is through the alley with dedicated parking for the guest (two vehicles) directly next to the entry to the studio home. This space is private, quiet, & convenient to the hospital, downtown Midland, & anywhere else you need to be in the Permian Basin.
